The Nelson bed is a contemporary luxury bed and part of the extensive Nelson bedroom collection from Bonaldo.

A dramatic Canaletto walnut headboard frames the bed and encompasses a smaller, softer, padded headboard. The slimline walnut bed base rests on slender bronze metal feet, so the bed appears to float, and the headboard edge is in bronze matt lacquered wood to match.

Available in 4 sizes: king, Euro king, UK super king and US king. The fully removable headboard covers come in a wide range of fabrics or ecoleathers, or you can supply your own fabric subject to approval. There are two kinds of bed slats available: one piece slats or split slats.

The collection also includes the Nelson L bed, with a wider headboard incorporating bedside tables, as well as a bench, dressing table, desk and bedside cabinet - see related products. Our qualified designers can help you plan the whole room through our interior design service.

We have been an authorised Bonaldo dealer for 18 years. To see their complete collection of designer furniture, please click here or to see all of our luxury Italian beds click here.

Trade enquiries from interior designers, architects and developers are always welcome.

Colours & Finishes

Bonaldo's upholstered beds are available in an extensive choice of fabrics, ecoleather & leather colours & textures, including nubuk leather. It is usually possible to supply your own fabric too (subject to it's suitability for the design). We can also offer fabrics from Romo, or Missoni Home.

The metal feet/frame can be finished in a selection of beautiful lacquer colours, or metal finishes. All finishes are shown in the above pdf - but please note that not all fabrics are available for all beds - available finishes will be shown in the product options.

Samples of all Bonaldo's fabrics and lacquers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All beds include UK legal fire retardant foam and fabric (a higher standard than European FR), for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.
