The Basket Plus king size bed from top luxury furniture brand Bonaldo is an update on the extremely popular Basket bed - a beautiful Italian upholstered bed and one of our favourite Bonaldo beds.

This "Plus" version features an elegantly pleated headboard which gently curves around the bed, and a fully upholstered base.

Removable covers come in a huge range of beautiful Italian fabrics & leathers (or use your own fabric), & the wooden feet are in anthracite grey matt lacquer. Samples can be seen in our London showroom, & we can mail some cuttings out on request.

This page is the UK king size bed, 185cm wide x 238cm deep (for a 154cm x 205cm mattress). It is also available in other sizes & with a storage base, with easy to lift up mattress slats powered by gas pistons. Planning a whole bedroom? Our qualified designers can help through our interior design service. For more information Contact Us via email, or phone us on 020 7731 9540.

There is also a taller headboard version, the Basket Hi bed. To see Bonaldo's range click here or for all of our other luxury king size beds click here.

Colours & Finishes

Bonaldo's upholstered beds are available in an extensive choice of fabrics, ecoleather & leather colours & textures, including nubuk leather. It is usually possible to supply your own fabric too (subject to it's suitability for the design). We can also offer fabrics from Romo, or Missoni Home.

The feet/frame can be finished in a selection of beautiful lacquer colours or metal finishes. All finishes are shown in the above pdf - but please note that not all fabrics are available for all beds - available finishes will be shown in the product options.

Samples of all Bonaldo's fabrics and lacquers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All beds include UK legal fire retardant foam and fabric (a higher standard than European FR), for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.
