This is the storage version of the Domenica bed with a fully upholstered base designed by Simone Bonanni for leading contemporary furniture brand Pianca. To access the storage space simply lift up the mattress to reveal a large dust proof compartment below.
As a tribute to Sundays the Domenica bed invites you to relax and recline in a solid, warm and protective embrace, gently cocooned by its soft shapes. One single continuous line draws a delicate, organic silhouette.
The exposed black zip, is a key feature of the bed’s profile, transforming it from a functional element to a distinctive detail. Domenica is also available as a standard bed without a storage base - see related products.
For the upholstery you can choose from several categories of fabric, ecoleather or leather from the Pianca collection, to view them online please click here. It is also possible to combine two different options for the inside and the outside of bed for a really luxurious look. If selecting this option the highest price category will apply. Samples can be viewed in our London showroom and fabric cuttings can be mailed out to you.
