Pianca Alfa Storage Bed

The Pianca Alfa storage bed is one of their classics: a versatile wooden bed with a plain headboard and slim frame, in a great choice of colours & finishes. Made in Italy.

Choose Materico (a matt lacquer like Italian laminate), matt lacquer in a large range of colours, 6 wood finishes, or hide leather (shown here on a non storage bed - the lower part of the base is not covered in leather). Small metal inserts near the headboard & foot can match the bed or come in several metallic finishes, as can the feet.

Gas pistons under the slats make lifting the mattress easy - even when the bed is made up. There is also the option of a Pratik storage base (shown on a different bed), where the slats lift up then sit horizontally over the frame. The Alfa bed also comes without storage (a separate product).

Available in king, Euro king and super king sizes. The king size is a few centimetres wider than standard, giving room to tuck in your bedding. We can also provide a top quality hand-made mattress to fit exactly - to see our mattress collection please click here.

Pianca have a large range of modern living, dining and bedroom furniture (including wardrobes) to match, and our interior design service can plan the whole bedroom. To see their complete collection click here. To see all of our luxury upholstered beds click here.
