Made in Italy by Molteni&C and designed by Rodolfo Dordoni the Molteni Kensington armchair is supremely comfortable with enveloping lines and calibrated proportions, perfect for sinking into when you want to chill out or chat with friends.

The all-in-one frame, complete with generous armrests, supports an ergonomic seat that guarantees comfort. The central four-spoke base is designed to support the slightly sloping frame for greater comfort. Available in three versions; as a low back chair, a high back chair, or as a high back bergere chair, all of which can be matched with a practical footrest.

There are lots of options to personalise your chair, given that the leather-clad outer shell can be combined with the inner frame, also clad in leather, for a refined mono material effect. Alternatively, a pleasing contrast can be obtained by matching the leather-clad shell with an inner frame covered in one of the fabrics from the exclusive Molteni&C collection. Please see the order notes in the Sizes & Finishes tab for more details. You can also provide your own fabric subject to approval by Molteni.

Kensington has a simple refined elegance, and will look equally good in your home or in hospitality spaces such as lounges, waiting rooms and executive offices. A matching South Kensington sofa is also available - see related products.

You can choose the pewter coloured laser-cut, welded steel base to be fixed or swivelling. Feet tips in non-slip plastic.

Colours & Finishes

Chair covers in fabric or leather from the Molteni & C collection, or in customer’s own fabric, subject to approval of fabric type by Molteni. Samples of all Molteni's fabrics and leathers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

Order notes:
If leather is selected all parts are considered to be in the same category & colour. If parts are the same category but different colours, a surcharge of 10% will be applied. For covers in different categories of leather, the price used is for the superior category.

If fabric is selected the underseat shell is always in leather which is available in all categories and colours in the
Molteni&C leather collection. Please specify preferences when ordering. Higher category leathers may incur a surcharge.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
