Bontempi Table Top & Base Finishes

This is the Bontempi Talos dining table with a beautiful barrel shaped table top which can be selected in a range of standard & custom sizes in several different finishes. Designed by Dondoli & Pocci & made in Italy.

Elegant & commanding Talos has a strong architectural presence with a monolithic elliptical base, composed of two symmetrical shells that embrace the central body. You can choose an all metal base with matching or contrasting colour combinations, creating a stunning visual impact. It is also possible to choose a metal & wood base which combines the warmth of natural materials & the sheen of metallic finishes to achieve a harmonious balance between texture & precision.

There are five standard sizes to choose from, although not all table tops are available for all sizes. SuperMarble & SuperCeramic can be selected for all sizes as well as custom sizes. Both finishes are scratch-resistant, hard-wearing and extremely durable, excellent for families & entertaining.

For some sizes there are two glass finishes - Art Glass which is an extra white, highly resistant tempered glass with a stunning high-definition pattern digitally printed on the back of the crystal. And Fused Glass which has a slightly wavy finish giving the surface a handcrafted effect which is created by the surface being annealed in the oven at high temperatures and then back painted. Finally, for the three smaller sizes it is also possible to choose a wood veneer finish.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
