The Bonaldo Basket Air super king size bed by Mauro Lipparini is the new, light weight version of his popular Basket bed.

Made in Italy, Basket Air has metal legs instead of the original padded, upholstered base. The headboard is available in two styles; the Basket Air (plain) or Basket Air Plus (pleated, which is shown)

The Basket Air super king size bed can be upholstered in fabric and leather and Bonaldo provide endless options of each. Covers are fully removable for easy cleaning. There are so many options it is impossible to show them all here. However, samples are available to view in our London showroom and some fabric samples can be posted to you.

Smart metal feet are matt lacquered in a range of colours or metal finishes. There are two kinds of bed slats, the standard one-piece slats or you can select split slats.

Colours & Finishes

Bonaldo's upholstered beds are available in an extensive choice of fabrics, ecoleather & leather colours & textures, including nubuk leather. It is usually possible to supply your own fabric too (subject to it's suitability for the design). We can also offer fabrics from Romo, or Missoni Home.

The feet/frame can be finished in a selection of beautiful lacquer colours or metal finishes. All finishes are shown in the above pdf - but please note that not all fabrics are available for all beds - available finishes will be shown in the product options.

Samples of all Bonaldo's fabrics and lacquers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All beds include UK legal fire retardant foam and fabric (a higher standard than European FR), for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

Assembly is included. We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Please Note: Bed slats are made as standard with a single, rigid mattress sized frame. If you have access restrictions (narrow stairs etc) please choose the split slats option, & contact our team if you are unsure.
