The Palinfrasca garden sofa from Molteni has a gently curving natural teak backrest, rich in refined cabinet-making details and woven with a distinct warp and weft motif on burnished metal rods.

Part of the Palinfrasca Landmark collection of garden sofas, armchairs, love seats, daybeds and modular elements, all with an iconic rounded shape paying tribute to a 1994 Molteni design.

The weave is in teak or olive green EVA polyurethane, a pliable yet non-deformable weather resistant material reminiscent of leather, recalling the woven natural materials of the Mediterranean.

There are three sizes of this luxury outdoor sofa. Deep, generous cushions give a sense of abundance and softness, and the moulded polyurethane seat cushion with variable densities gives maximum support for immersive comfort. The upholstery is in outdoor, draining, weather-resistant fabric.

Removable covers come in several categories including the Musco collection developed with Limonta Spa: seven monochrome or striped jacquard and boucl√© yarns inspired by shades of nature, which can be combined to match or contrast. For correct ergonomics Molteni suggest adding seat back and lumbar cushions, the number depending on the sofa size and your requirements.

Colours & Finishes

Frame in solid natural teak interwoven in a macro-scale warp and weft pattern in either teak or olive green EVA polyurethane bands. Cushion covers in fabrics from the Molteni & C collection, or in customer’s own fabric, subject to approval of fabric type by Molteni.

For correct ergonomics Molteni suggest that you add seat back and lumbar cushions in the following amounts:-
185cm wide sofa - 3 x seat back and 2 x lumbar cushions
208cm wide sofa - 4 x seat back and 3 x lumbar cushions
230cm wide sofa - 4 x seat back and 3 x lumbar cushions

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.
