Made in Italy, the Molteni South Kensington sofa from Molteni&C is a luxury designer sofa with rounded curves reminiscent of the futuristic 2001 Space Odyssey, a design that was all the rage in the 1960s, given a contemporary look.

Comfortable and stylish, South Kensington is an instant classic. A two or three-seater with an all-in-one seat and medium height backrest, it suits homes as well as hotel lobbies and lounges.

Avant-garde materials, extreme attention to detail and a matching Kensington armchair (see related products) make this an exceptionally versatile sofa. The base is laser-cut, welded steel in glossy pewter, with non-slip plastic feet tips.

Removable covers can be chosen from any Molteni&C fabric or leather, and our design team can send samples and discuss the options. We can also offer customer's own material, subject to approval by Molteni. Scatter cushions are not included but can be purchased separately.

Colours & Finishes

Sofa covers in fabric or leather from the Molteni & C collection, or in customer’s own fabric, subject to approval of fabric type by Molteni. Scatter cushions are not included but can be purchased separately.

Samples of all Molteni's fabrics and leathers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

The base is laser-cut, welded steel and can be selected in glossy pewter. Feet tips in non-slip plastic.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
