The Horizons cupboard from luxury Italian furniture brand Molteni is a designer sideboard for the daytime area, offering a different way of storing, and at the same time displaying, much-loved objects.

Horizons works equally well in the dining area, thanks to useful accessories such as cutlery drawer dividers and the option of drawer bottoms in luxurious ivory eco skin.

Its two tip-up doors transform the piece like a chameleon: when closed, they reveal the contents through the transparent stopsol glass and internal LED lighting; when open, they fold back against the sides for full access to the interior.

Inside the exquisitely detailed graphite oak structure, the two suspended drawers and the top shelf, which re-divides the space, are enhanced with Calacatta or Sahara Noir marble back panels.

The pewter colour framed, transparent stopsol glass doors can be selected with or without graphite oak cross pieces (slats): asymmetrically placed horizontal profiles, reminiscent of a shed that only partially reveals the inside, increasing curiosity about its contents.
