The Glas Italia Ami-Verre bookcase by Jean Nouvel is a masterpiece of minimalist design made entirely from thermo-welded 10mm thick tempered glass in either smoked glass or extralight transparent finishes, it features no visible joints or additional structural elements, emphasising a clean, uninterrupted form.

Colours & Finishes

Made 10mm thick tempered glass in either smoked glass or extralight transparent finishes.

Please note that this product presents extreme gluing and is very fragile. During the transport and moving the crate must always stay in a horizontal position. It is necessary to take extreme caution when handling and placing it and great care when using it. To move the bookcase lift it always from the vertical elements and never from the shelves. Glas Italia suggest using anti-slipping gloves to handle the product. The side shelves must never be loaded too much or stressed in any way.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
