The Glas Italia Aladin Swing Plain glass door by Piero Lissoni is a single custom-made hinged door with concealed frame and adjustable pivot hinges, it is refined as well as versatile and suitable for countless aesthetic configurations in the home.
There are two different versions to choose from; Mono where monolithic tempered 6mm in a single piece or laminated 3+3mm glass is applied on one side of the frame so that one side has a flush surface and the other is rebated from the perimeter aluminium frame. Or, you can choose Duo which have 4mm thick tempered glass applied on both faces of the aluminium frame, so as to form a volume with an internal air chamber.
Both can be selected in a wide range of finishes including transparent, coloured, acid etched, reflecting, lacquered, or fluted glass, as well as patterned glass with mesh, or fabric, all in a wide selection of colours. Panels in stoneware with different finishes are also available.
Around each door is an aluminium frame available in several finishes with either a handle or knob in the same finish. You can also choose from three kinds of lock (without block, with cylinder, or with revolving plug). The hinges are with adjustable pivot.
The pickled aluminium subframe, invisible when the door is closed, is available for both cement and plasterboard walls and it can be varnished during the painting of the walls. Available also in the version with frame flush with the ceiling. The entire handle set is treated with a special sanitizing varnish which, by counteracting bacterial overgrowth, guarantees maximum hygiene and cleanliness of the surfaces.
