The Bonaldo Rigoletto storage bed by Paolo Grasselli has an incredibly useful dust-free storage area which is accessed using gas pistons to lift up the mattress slats, even when the bed is fully made up.
The design for this bed emerged from the idea of making an upholstered bed captivating and innovative, without sacrificing its traditional formal cleanliness. The headboard features a series of vertical sections of various widths which convey the illusion of a surface that ideally tends towards infinity at the sides. This subtle geometric suggestion is obtained through the sequence of vertical finishing elements which are sewn using a particular binding and quilting technique.
For the removable covers you can choose from a range of fabric and ecoleather categories, or you can supply your own material, (or choose one of our options from Romo). Samples are available to view in our showroom and some fabric samples can be posted to you.
There are 4 bed sizes to choose from: king, Euro king, UK super king and US king and there is also a non-storage version of the Rigaletto bed which can be seen in the related products.
