The Bonaldo Padiglioni dining table is a luxury Italian dining table with a clear reference to architecture, appearing to be a miniature version of the iconic Barcelona pavilion - a showcase of Bonaldo's incredibly skilful production.
The focal point is the base: three asymmetrical elements, each with its own shape, placed in an apparently random position so the table changes its appearance as you move around it. The linear top, with its tapered edge and gently curved rounded rectangular shape, contrasts with the legs and adds graceful elegance.
Designed by the award-winning Belgian designer Alain Gilles, Padiglioni comes in three sizes. Top and base can be chosen in a "mono" finish in brushed coal oak, Canaletto walnut or hand spatulated Clay in a range of colours. The Clay is extremely practical: made from recycled aggregates, it is waterproof and resistant to dirt and stains. Or choose a "double finish", with a brushed coal oak or Canaletto walnut top and the metal base in several finishes, including pearl gold.
Shown here in two "mono" finishes, brushed coal oak and Terre clay, with the Youpi dining chairs (see related products).
