Bonaldo metal base colours

The Lock armchair from Bonaldo is a luxury Italian armchair born from the aim of creating a seat capable of expressing a sense of protection and comfort.

A single upholstered strip curves and folds onto itself to form the seat and backrest, enveloping you. "I think the feeling of protection and safety is something we seek everywhere. It is what distinguishes a welcoming and familiar setting, such as one's home, making it different from any other place," comments the designer.

Covers come in a huge variety of colours in fabrics or several grades of leather, and for a small extra charge the back can be in a different fabric/leather (not ecoleather). If ordering online please list your colour codes in the order notes. We supply our upholstered Bonaldo furniture with UK fire-retardant foam and fabric.

Choose four legs or a single column swivelling base, in matt painted metal colours or metal finishes including chrome or black nickel (four legs only), copper or brass. There is also a matching Lock footrest and a quilted version, the Lock Ego.

Colours & Finishes

Bonaldo armchairs are available in a huge choice of fabrics, ecoleathers and leathers; including nubuk leather. Alternatively you can use your own fabric - subject to it's suitability for the design. We can also offer fabrics from Romo, or Missoni Home.

The metal feet/base can be finished in a selection of beautiful lacquer colours, or metal finishes. All finishes are shown in the PDF, but please note that not all fabrics are available for all armchairs.

We have samples of fabrics and lacquers at our showroom for you to come in to view or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All upholstery conforms strictly to UK fire safety regulations, for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes any assembly required, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.
