The Backdrop sideboard has a lightweight, elegant and discreet design, part of Italian designer furniture brand Bonaldo's extensive range of luxury Italian sideboards.

Available in two sizes, its main characteristic is the calm, repeated vertical cut of the doors. Inspired by the facades of modernist buildings, the vertical lines hide the grooves used to open the doors, while the light outer frame goes almost unnoticed. Backdrop was designed by the award-winning Belgian designer Alain Gilles.

Recently updated, there are now three finishes for the outer frame and doors: both in Canaletto walnut (main image); a bronze lacquered wood outer frame with brushed bronze pantographed wood doors; or a lead lacquered wood outer frame with brushed lead pantographed wood doors (detailed images). The plinth for all three finishes is in anthracite grey melamine. Internal shelves are in transparent glass; there is one shelf in the smaller size and two shelves in the larger size.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
