A unique concept from Vibieffe the Sit Up sofa by Tomu Katayanagi has a special mechanism which can raise the ends of the sofa to provide a comfortable headrest which can be set at five different levels - the perfect sofa for kicking back and relaxing.

Part of a modular seating system Sit Up comprises of multiple elements with or without the adjustable headrest and with either low or high armrests, all elements can be combined together to create your own bespoke arrangement. Sit up also has several other optional features, including a side table with an emery leather top, or a headrest cushion. Smart feet are in dyed black metal.

Vibieffe offer a fantastic choice of removable fabric covers, everything from plain cottons to lush velvets, or you can provide your own fabric (subject to its suitability). Several categories of leather are also available, but these covers are not removable. Samples are on view at our showroom and cuttings can be sent on request.

Seen in the main image and priced here is Composition 2 which comprises of a sofa module and a chaise longue module each with one adjustable end and both with low armrests. The footstool and scatter cushions are not included but can be purchased separately.

Colours & Finishes

Vibieffe have a large range of fabrics, eco-leathers, and leathers to choose from, which can be seen in the pdf online, or in the showroom, or we can send fabric samples on request. Most of their designs are available in your own fabric, though please check the type needed as it varies by design, & we can also supply any of the fabrics from Romo, Villanova & Kirkby.

All upholstery conforms strictly to UK fire safety regulations, a legal requirement for your UK home insurance. For overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
