The Molteni& C Ovidio bed by Vincent van Duysen is designed to be the centrepiece of the bedroom combining sober elegance with the utmost comfort, where no detail is left to chance and the main feature is a stunning headboard with intricate stitching and a metal and leather frame.

The headboard, a synthesis of research and refinement, is available in any of the fabrics and leathers from the huge Molteni & C collection, or you can provide your own fabric subject to approval. A discreet smoked metal frame with rounded corners carefully defines the structure. The front part, where the profile is straight has a leather insert available in the same colour as the upholstery (tone-on-tone) or in contrasting shades, allowing for the choice of a bolder or more subdued aesthetic.

Ovidio is further enriched by "diamond" stitching that runs vertically throughout the headboard. The bed's attention to detail, including these hand-stitched vertical seams and the flat aluminium frame, make it a truly exceptional piece of furniture and a standout addition to any bedroom.

Available in two sizes; a Euro king and a super king. Bed base slats are included and made as standard in one large piece, however it is also possible to choose split slats where access is tight - see drop down menus. Covers in fabric or leather from the Molteni & C collection, or in customer’s own fabric, subject to approval of fabric type by Molteni. Samples of all Molteni's fabrics and leathers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

Assembly is included. We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Please Note: Bed slats are made as standard with a single, rigid mattress sized frame. If you have access restrictions (narrow stairs etc) please contact our team if you are unsure.

For larger items please check access prior to delivery. If access is via a lift or stairs please check dimensions carefully. We cannot accept returns if access is not possible. We may need to add a delivery surcharge, for example where access takes longer than normal, requires more than 2 people, or where a crane/hoist is required.
