Returns & Refunds
Please note all Go Modern Limited products are tailor-made to your personalised order and as such are not returnable once they have been delivered. They cannot be cancelled/changed once the order has been processed by the supplier - within 7 days of the order being placed.
Most of our sales are not governed by the Distance Selling Regulations and for this reason it is imperative that you understand this before you complete the transaction. We recommend you contact us before ordering to check everything is as it should be and also read the Go Modern Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations can be made within the first 7 days of placing the order. After that we need to charge a 40% handling fee as we will generally have no way or re-selling your order to anyone else quickly. If you are replacing the product with another bought from us we can offer the product for resale on your behalf in our clearance section. If that is the case we will pass 100% of the sale price on to you, excluding delivery costs, on completion of the sale.
Orders do occasionally get held up in production and these are also not eligible for cancellation. We have to accept receipt of the goods from our supplier, and are not entitled to use delays as grounds for cancellation.
Notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary, deliveries may be totally or partially suspended by Go Modern during any period in which we are prevented or hindered from manufacturing, supplying or delivering the Goods as a result of acts of God, fire, accident, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, government order, regulation or directions, shortage of labour, equipment or material, strikes, lockouts or any other contingencies whatsoever beyond Go Modern's control, whether of the same nature of the foregoing or not. Any Goods the delivery of which has been totally or partially suspended shall be accepted by the Customer commencing as soon as Go Modern is no longer prevented or hindered from manufacturing, supplying or delivering.
