The Softbay Super King Size Bed from designer furniture makers Porada is an upholstered bed that pairs a timeless look with real comfort.

Its deep padded headboard and base are dressed in removable fabric covers, available in several categories including velvet. Smart feet in solid Canaletto walnut or ash can be natural, stained or matt lacquered in a range of colours.

Underneath, curved and flexible beech plywood slats have sliding stiffness adjusters; alternatively, choose a plywood base with wide cuts that let the mattress breathe.

Several sofas, a chaise longue and an armchair complete the Softbay collection, all shown in the related products below.

Porada's high end modern bedroom furniture is shown in depth in our showroom. Explore the full Porada range or all our Italian beds.

We are Porada specialists, authorised to sell the brand for over 15 years, and our King's Road showroom in Chelsea holds a large Porada display with all the samples to see. For further information, trade enquiries, or to arrange a visit, contact us by email, or phone us on 020 7731 9540.

Colours & Finishes

Porada beds are available in an extensive selection of fabrics, ecoleathers and leathers. Not all fabrics lend themselves to all designs, however, so please check the specific product options. Samples of all Porada's fabrics, leathers, woods and lacquers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific samples to you on request.

We have priced everything to include UK fire retardant fabrics/foam, (a higher standard than European FR), for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.
