The Molteni&C Sway garden chaise longue is a luxury outdoor lounger in two sizes, part of a groundbreaking modular seating system which merges a love for nature with mastery in design.

Part of Molteni's Landmark garden collection, Sway comprises two standard sized sofas and a wide range of modular elements, including chaise longues (seen here), central and end elements, a pouf and coffee tables, which combine into any number of informal sofa compositions.

A solid teak base supports the ergonomic seating. The aluminium backrest, softened by ecru polypropylene rope weaving, has a soft texture akin to cotton. The golden-hour painted C-shaped aluminium frame embraces the base and padded seat and acts as a pivot for the backrest. The same corrosion-free aluminium is used for the feet.

Deep cushions create a rich, soft feel with support that will not wane with time. The upholstery is weather-resistant and breathable, with removable covers in several fabric categories, or you can supply your own material subject to approval.

There are two chaise longues: one is 90cm wide with a straight back, the other is 129.5cm wide with a seat back which curves around on one side (main image). Molteni suggest adding back, armrest and lumbar cushions; the number depends on which chaise you choose. Colours & Finishes

Base in solid natural teak, seat back woven in ecru polypropylene rope, with golden-hour painted C-shaped aluminium structure and feet. Cushion covers in fabrics from the Molteni & C collection, or in customer’s own fabric, subject to approval of fabric type by Molteni.

For correct ergonomics Molteni suggest that you add seat back, armrest and lumbar cushions in the following amounts:-
90cm wide chaise - 1 x seat back and 1 x lumbar cushion
129.5cm wide chaise - 1 x seat back, 1 armrest and 1 x lumbar cushion

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.
