The Molteni Barbican dining chair from Italian designer furniture brand Molteni belongs to the Barbican collection, a series of comfortable luxury chairs for all types of interiors.

The rigid polyurethane frame has a built-in padded seat and backrest shell, both with fully removable covers in any Molteni&C fabric or leather. Choose matching materials, or different ones to highlight the chair's enveloping shape.

Bases come in wood or metal, in three styles. The wooden base with linked curves suits important tables; the modern aluminium base (also available as a swivel) works around a table or with desks and console tables in a home office.

It comes with or without armrests, and there is also a bonded hide leather version (non-removable covers) with lovingly fashioned details. For ease we have priced the chair without arms, with the same materials for seat and backrest shell.

Colours & Finishes

Base in either metal or wood. Die-cast aluminium base in pewter or iris. Swivel base in die-cast alumiunium in either glossy pewter or shiny aluminium. Wood base chairs are solid wood stained in eucalyptus, graphite oak, or black oak.

Removable covers in fabric or leather from the Molteni & C collection, or in customer’s own fabric, subject to approval of fabric type by Molteni. Samples of all Molteni's fabrics and leathers are available to see at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.
