The Sunrise lounge chair by Matthew Townsend for Belgian brand Manutti is part of an extensive collection which includes matching sofas, dining chairs, tables and coffee tables, as well as two sun loungers.

This incredibly comfortable garden armchair has a solid teak frame and is available in two different finish combinations. Firstly, you can select a brushed teak frame with a fabric of your choice, or you can choose a teak scuro frame with a backrest in black pvc Batyline textile.

All the teak that Manutti use is responsibly sourced from ecological plantations. Brushed Teak is where the surface of the teak has been roughened to highlight its inherent grain, creating a warm natural textured finish. After buffing, a protective coating is added to ensure the piece is not only water repellent and stain resistant, but also offers anti-fungal and UV protection.

Teak Scuro is an oil-based impregnation that allows for a luxurious matt black finish where the natural grain of the wood is still visible. The treatment both nourishes and protects the wood, it is also eco-friendly.

Priced to include the cushion set which is available in two styles; A Casual set which has an informal look with elegant piping around the seat & back, or a Regular Cushion Set which has a fuller look & no piping. Both sets comprise of a seat & back cushion made with outdoor, quick-drying, high performance foam surrounded by a water-repelling interliner (that acts like a raincoat).

For the covers Manutti have chosen Salty White (Cat B) which is part of their Quick Ship Program & normally available within 2-4 weeks, or you can choose from a huge range of other water-resistant UV-treated outdoor fabrics in 3 categories all of which are carefully designed & engineered to withstand the harshest weather conditions.

Colours & Finishes

Frame made from warm brushed teak with rosewood detailing on the arms with a fabric backrest in a fabric of your choice. Or with a teak scuro frame with a backrest in black pvc Batyline textile. Protective cover available.

Cushion set includes a seat and back cushion and a square scatter cushion. Cushion covers are available in several suggested fabric combinations as well as all of the fabrics in the Manutti collection. The standard fabric choice is Salty White which is part of the Quick Ship Program and will be available within 2-4 weeks.Samples can be viewed at our showroom, or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
