The LEMA Hasu armchair is a soft, enveloping contemporary lounge chair with three-dimensional volumes. Designed by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba, Hasu means lotus flower in Japanese, a flower renowned for its elegance and refinement, reinterpreted here with perfect proportions between seat and backrest.
Hasu is lightweight & plush, yet at the same time, thanks to its wooden frame, stable and solid. The star-shaped cross base supports and elevates the seat, which features more generous padding compared to the backrest. Not only a functional piece of furniture but also highly decorative, it is available in a wide range of removable fabric upholstery options in a huge variety of colours.
It is also possible to supply your own material, subject to approval & we also offer a large collection of fabrics from Romo, including Zinc fabrics, Mark Alexander, Villanova, Kirkby & more. Base in heat-treated oak-stained ash. Samples are available from our London Showroom.
