Kirkby Design has built a large following in the Interior Design community for it's experimental, cutting-edge fabrics, wallcoverings and accessories in striking designs. Additionally, many of their fabrics are recycled & environmentally friendly, Oeko-Tex 100 Certified, REACH compliant, & PFAS free.

Part of the Romo Group, Kirkby Design is included in our custom fabrics offering, usually as part of our Interior Design & customisation service allowing us to design distinctive tailored interiors, combining high quality UK specified fabric with our talian made luxury furniture. We have a large range of fabrics (including curtain fabric & sheers) on display in our showroom

Fully UK Compliant: Because our luxury furniture is made in Italy, many of the manufacturers fabrics can't be used on upholstered furniture in the UK. The EU (in fact the rest of the world) has different fire retardant standards for both the foam/fillings & the covers, & buying furniture directly from Italy that doesn't have the UK FR label will void your home insurance.

Everything we offer has UK legal foam/fillings & our large choice of UK FR fabrics allows for a fantastic amount of personalisation using the COM option on products. We also have a selection of curtain fabric & sheers, all on display in our London showroom. We can also work remotely, via Zoom, sending samples or matching paint charts, & can deliver internationally. We also offer international installation on request.

Interior Design Service: In addition to bespoke upholstery we can provide curtains/blinds, luxury wallpaper, custom hand-made rugs, internal glass doors, fitted storage (including bathrooms & kitchens), lighting design & product sourcing - all part of our Interior Design service - provided by qualified design professionals.
