The Glas Italia Drift sideboard by Nendo is part of a collection of storage furniture with sliding doors made from tempered, UV bonded, acid-etched extra-clear glass.

Available in three sizes, each piece features a black oak wooden box serving as a storage unit which is fixed so that one part remains inside and the other rests on the top. The effect obtained is that of a solid mass that seems to float in a liquid, partially emerging creating an exquisite contrast of opacity and transparency.

The sliding doors move effortlessly along natural anodised aluminium tracks, producing a near-silent, gliding motion that enhances the piece’s refined presence. Below, a silvered glass base emits a soft, radiant glow, elevating the entire composition with a touch of luminosity.

This is more than furniture, it’s an experience of visual suspension and material harmony, designed to captivate and inspire.

We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Delivery is to the room of your choice, & includes assembly, unpacking & removal of packaging - although please check your order carefully before our delivery team leave as in the unlikely event of a problem we may need to return an item to the factory & will need the original packaging to do so.

For larger/very heavy items please check access/dimensions when you order, & let us know if there is a lift/stairs. If we have notice we can arrange an additional delivery team, or even a crane/hoist - both an extra cost, but will charge for deliveries not made due to access restrictions.
