Decoflame Westminster DS Bioethanol Fire

The Westminster DS Bioethanol fire from Decoflame is the perfect solution when challenged with the task of restoring an old, redundant fireplace, or merely the opening remaining in a chimney breast from a previously installed gas or wood fire to their former glory.

Requiring no chimney or flue this fireplace insert comes in one easy-to-install piece combining a basket, burner and surround. Finished in black powder coated aluminium with the option of having the surround in brushed steel. A toughened glass screen shields the front of the fire, not shown here.

There are two kinds of burners to choose from:- a manual burner which allows you to steplessly change the flame & heat intensity; or the E-Ribbon basic burner which is electronically controlled using the very latest CEVB Technology (Controlled Ethanol Vapour Burning), and allows the fireplace to be adjusted by a remote control, or as an option via iPhone, iPad or iPod (WiFi).

Suitable for both domestic & commercial use the Westminster fire is easy to install and includes a specialist lighter (manual burner) and funnel for adding fuel; there is also an optional pump to make refilling the fire easier.

Unlike most bioethanol fires the Westminster has an adjustable flame & will generate actual heat. Decoflame's fires are made in Denmark and are extremely safe, their bioethanol generates only a small amount of CO2 & water vapour when burning so the room won't require more than the usual amount of ventilation.

The Westminster DS can be handmade to fit an existing fireplace opening or under a mantelpiece in a range of colours and finishes, or you can buy a 3 piece piece fire, the Westminster (see link below) which has separate basket, burner & surround.
