The Cattelan Italia Richard upholstered storage bed has an extremely practical base that lifts up to reveal a large space below perfect for storing spare blankets, linen, or any other bedroom essentials.

Richard has a low-profile silhouette with concealed feet & a substantial bed surround, its soft, curved lines flow seamlessly from the headboard to the base giving the design a harmonious and contemporary look. The padded headboard features distinctive rolled sides that gently fold back on themselves, adding an inviting sense of softness and comfort.

For the upholstery you can choose from a wide variety of fabrics, leathers or, ecoleathers, or even supply your own material or leather, subject to approval. Samples of all materials can be seen in our showroom & some can be sent out on request.

Available in several sizes including a UK king, a Euro king and a super king, all of which include bed base slats which come in one single piece so please check your access carefully. Colours & Finishes

Upholstered storage bed covered in fabric, micro nubuck, synthetic leather, or soft leather as per sample card. Storage base & slats included. We can also offer fabrics from Romo, or Missoni Home. We have samples of fabrics, lacquer etc at our showroom for you to come in to view or we can send specific fabric samples to you on request.

All upholstery conforms strictly to UK fire safety regulations, for overseas orders please speak to a member of our team.

Care and Usage: All of our storage beds have been designed to make them easy to open and close, even when combined with the full weight of a mattress and bedding. To keep the pistons in proper working order, the recommended mattress weight for the design should not be exceeded, please Contact Us for further details.

Assembly is included. We deliver throughout the entire UK & our delivery teams are always white glove, two man deliveries made in two or three hour time slots. Our delivery teams will contact you before finalising a delivery slot, & will offer you an alternative date if needed.

Please Note: Bed slats are made as standard with a single, rigid mattress sized frame. If you have access restrictions (narrow stairs etc) please choose the split slats option, & contact our team if you are unsure. Please note split slats do not apply to single beds.

For larger items please check access prior to delivery. If access is via a lift or stairs please check dimensions carefully. We cannot accept returns if access is not possible. We may need to add a delivery surcharge, for example where access takes longer than normal, requires more than 2 people, or where a crane/hoist is required.
