The Cattelan Italia Greta lounge chair is an extremely comfortable armchair with upholstered armrests and a seat decorated with four stitches that create a soft and refined capitonné effect.
The floating backrest is soft and supportive, consisting of a curved, contoured cylinder that wraps around the back, ending in upholstered armrests. An intriguing interplay of contrasts is created between the seat and the base, superimposing soft and metallic materials, solid and empty volumes, cosy and sharp contours.
For the covers you can choose from a wide range of fabrics, leathers and ecoleathers, or even your own material or leather, subject to approval. The metal frame can be selected in a titanium, bronze, graphite, pearl, or black embossed finish.
The central leg at the back of this design armchair is actually two legs placed close together to create a single point of support. The vertical space in the centre plays on the concept of solid and empty spaces between the backrest and seat. The result is a cohesive design that conveys an overall feeling of lightness and balance.
