Calligaris Seashell Dining Table

New!

Next product

The Calligaris Seashell dining table has a sculptural cement base inspired by the soft, organic curves of a seashell. Cement is usually thought of as heavy and solid, but here it takes a lighter, more graceful form. The flowing curves, ridges and furrows are strong yet delicate, just like the shell itself.

Designed by Gino Carollo the stunning central base changes its appearance as you move around the table, becoming a striking focal point in any dining room. Balancing creativity with everyday practicality, Seashell turns a dining table into a simple yet spectacular piece of sculpture.

Available in two sizes, the table top can be chosen in two colours of tempered annealed glass, either bronze or smoke grey. It can also be selected in a range matt or glossy ceramic finishes. The cement base can be selected in either anthracite grey or white, & both have matt grey metal details.

Ceramic table tops combine a thin layer of porcelain stoneware with a tempered glass backing, creating a slim yet highly durable finish with excellent resistance to scratches, heat, stains and household chemicals. Its non-porous surface is also hygienic and easy to clean.

Founded in the heart of Italys famous chair-making region, Calligaris has spent over a century creating smart, elegant furniture. Combining authentic "Made in Italy" craftsmanship with patented mechanical engineering & eco-conscious innovation, Calligaris transforms everyday residential spaces with customisable tables, seating, and storage solutions built to last a lifetime. We deliver throughout the UK, using professional white-glove delivery teams, usually within a two or three hour time slot. Delivery is to the room of your choice and includes assembly, unpacking and removal of all packaging.

Our delivery teams will contact you before confirming your delivery slot and will offer an alternative date if required.

Please note: Many of our dining tables are very large and heavy. Ceramic, glass and stone tops in particular can weigh over 100kg, so they are delivered in parts and assembled in your home, and larger tables may need three or four people to deliver. Please check that the top can be carried in through your doorways, stairs, hallways and lift. We are happy to advise if you send us measurements or photos.

Standard delivery covers the ground and first floors, as well as properties with a lift that the table fits into. If delivery involves more than two flights of stairs, either to your apartment or within your home, the delivery cost will be higher to allow for additional time and extra manpower.
