The Twiddy 01 wall bed from Italian Battistella Nidi collection is a space saving vertical wall bed at just 33cm deep, with a shelf at the top (taller versions only) & optional Holly shelving to the left or right.
Featuring a soft-closing gas lift system & sprung orthopaedic mattress base (80cm x 190cm mattress available as an option), this is a high quality Italian made bed designed to last. To use, simply pull the handle to bring the cupboard down & the feet drop down automatically. The bedding can be left on the bed when not in use, & the round knobs shown (Woody) can be used as coat hangers etc & are included in the price.
Shown here with Battistella's optional 'Spider' system on the inside panel - really useful for holding papers & small objects, & the large panel under the bed (seen when the bed is not being used) can be finished in the 'Graphic' whiteboard finish instead of a plain colour - or with the 'Spider' system.
There are plenty of colours to choose from for the panel and shelving, all split into two categories, simple and plus, including neutral & wood finish melamines, as well as the more vibrant colours, & it is possible to combine colours & finishes (on request).
This Twiddy wall bed is available in three heights, the 221cm comes without a top shelf, & 239cm/257cm high units have a shelf above. There is a choice of handles, & other accessories, & of course it is possible to incorporate this into a full bookcase composition.
