The Molteni Aldgate bed by Rodolfo Dordoni for Molteni & C is a modern upholstered bed in fabric or leather with two comfy headboard cushions which can be covered in a matching or contrasting finish.
Aldgate was conceived as an island devoted to rest and relaxation created to fit with all kinds of different bedroom furniture. Featuring carefully designed grosgrain inserts and soft, delicate snug lines, Aldgate has a base with rounded edges upholstered in fabric or leather with a surrounding pewter coloured frame which can be positioned at different heights. Taking its name from a main city access road Aldgate has a headboard with rounded corners which is accentuated by two comfy cushions to lean back on.
For the upholstery you can choose from Molteni's huge collection of fabrics and leathers in an amazing variety of colours and textures, not all of which can be shown here. Available in four sizes; king, Euro king, super king, and emperor. The king size is a few centimetres larger than a standard size, giving you plenty of room to tuck in your bedding. Bed base slats are included and made as standard in one large piece, however it is also possible to choose split slats where access is tight - see drop down menus.
