Please note, however, we only have a tiny fraction of our extensive modern furniture collection on show, as our prime location limits the size of showroom we can have.

Established in 2006 by Tina Mahony & Simon Ingham, Go Modern Furniture started online before quickly expanding into a showroom in Lots rd, SW10, & expanding yet again in 2010 to our current Kings rd showroom. Our extensive, carefully chosen selection of modern furniture & modern art, good value & personalised service mean we have weathered this recession well, continuing to expand, moving into our much larger Kings Road showroom in July 2010.
In 2010 we sponsored the Go Modern garden at Chelsea Flower Show, & also had a large stand, receiving a commendation from the RHS for our stand & a silver medal for the garden. We were also no 26 on GQ magazine's 2010 list of "100 best things in the world right now." a honour we are particularly proud of.
Since starting in 2006 have had extensive Press editorial coverage, featuring in many publications, & television programs. We have been on 60 Minute Makeover, Hells Kitchen (UK), Paris Hilton's My New British BFF & have appeared in the Sunday Times, the Saturday Times, the Telegraph, House & Garden, Homes & Gardens, Easy Living, Kitchens Bedrooms & Bathrooms, Elle Decor, Financial Times, 25 Beautiful Homes, The City, The Wharf & many, many more.

Our contemporary furniture collections are carefully chosen for value & practicality as well as design, with the ethos that good design must work as well as being great to look at. We have spent a considerable amount of time looking for just the right products and hope you like them as much as we do.
Many of our furniture & wardrobe ranges are exclusive to us, and most of our furniture is sourced from Italy, with a mix of well known brands like Jesse, Tonelli, Driade, Jesse, & Bonaldo as well as internationally renowned luxury brands like Smania & Alivar, & smaller, specialist brands.

Firstly, we have prices on all of our contemporary furniture. We have provided large close-up pictures of our pieces to enable you to properly see the quality, as well as pictures of our modern furniture in situ, and from different angles. We usually have online pictures of all of our available colours and finishes, plus information pages on topics such as sizes of mattresses required and more.
We understand online shopping can seem a little risky so we offer a 7 day no quibble return on our in stock items, as we are 100% confident you will be more than happy with the finish and quality. Special order items will incur a re stocking fee of 20% (See our Terms & Conditions.).
We sell to both private clients & designers, & can deliver anywhere in the UK, as well to many international destinations. We have in house CAD designers who can put together wardrobe, childrens bedroom furniture, wall unit & home office compositions for you & a team of expert installation staff.
