SAARINEN TULIP SIDE TABLE

One of the best known pieces of modern furniture, the design of the Tulip table by Eero Saarinen looks just as good now as when it was first released, & the use of a marble top adds instant class.

The son of a celebrated Finnish Architect, sculptor and architect Eero Saarinen (1910-1961) was a proponent of the organic style. With the observation that the underside of typical chairs and tables makes a confusing, unrestful world, Eero Saarinen set out to distill modern dining designs into sculptural, holistic structures.

Our very high quality version of this charming Tulip side table is made in Italy and has a gloss lacquered base. Available in either black or white with either a black Marquina marble top, or a white Carrera marble top.
