in Italy by Mogg, the Corteccia wall hung cupboard is veneered with slabs of cedar to give the impression it was cut from a tree trunk. Designed by artist & sculptor Andrea Salvetti, these cupboards have matching wall mounted drawers too (a separate product - shown below).

The Corteccia cupboards are available in two sizes, 90cm or 120cm wide & can be hung with the door dropping down, or lifting up. Available in natural, or painted gloss blue ink or black.

The price here is for one cupboard, & they are versatile enough to be used as a wall hung sideboard or TV unit. 21 & 27kg respectively these need to be hung on a load bearing wall, & fittings are included.

The full name of this collection is actually Ordinary Day In a Wood Factory, no doubt a nod towards a more than passing resemblance to an ordinary pallet of timber.

Italian company Mogg are a newcomer to the world of designer furniture & accessories, & are already making a splash, having been featured in Italian Elle Decor, & Iterni magazine amongst others.

With a fun, interesting & yet rather practical collection Mogg have everything from umbrella holders to a fabulous 4 poster bed. To see the Mogg range click here otherwise to see all of our contemporary sideboards click here.
