Update July 6th
We are open again now, & the best days to visit us are Tuesdays & Fridays. There will be a maximum of three small groups (one group/customer on Weds & Thursdays) in the showroom at any one time, and we would advise booking ahead to ensure you have preference. We will be observing social distancing and would ask that you wear a mask if possible.
Currently we are still experiencing delays due to COVID-19 & would ask that you bear with us - we are taking slightly longer to reply to emails & phone messages than usual.
We can also provide new quotes, arrange for samples to be sent (although that might take a little longer) and answer any questions you may have by phone or email. We have always been able to advise customers in this way - we're pretty expert at it (we've even successfully fitted wardrobes and wall units without seeing our clients).
Suppliers & Lead Times
A large amount of our outdoor furniture is held in stock - apart from made to order cushions - but it's not been possible to present that online as this changes regularly. So please phone/email us and we will check for you. A lot of our rugs & accessories are held in stock, with lead times of a week to 10 days as well.
Our Italian suppliers are all open and lead times are the standard 8-10 weeks for everything made to order products (which includes the majority of indoor furniture).
Our delivery teams are now back at work - contact free if you prefer. We usually include installation and assembly, but some items don't need assembly. For current orders we are looking at ways to ensure anything more complex/heavy is installed safely and we can store items for a few weeks if you prefer.

There are some delays on our existing orders, and we will have kept you advised of this by email. But our suppliers are back now, and production has resumed, so please bear with us. Please check our Terms & Conditions too and be aware that cancellations, and Returns & Refunds on made-to-order items are not usually possible, unless your order is not in production. We will be working with our suppliers to accommodate any cancellations if products are not available, bearing in mind this is not a typical situation.
