We are re opening as per government guidelines on June 15th! In the meantime we are are all hard at work at home, and would love to speak to you (by email, phone or online chat), & we can also do video chat, so you can walk us through your space visually.
We can discuss new quotes, arrange for samples to be sent (although that might take a little longer) and answer any questions you may have. We have always been able to advise customers in this way - we're pretty expert at it (we've even successfully fitted wardrobes and wall units without seeing our clients).
Suppliers & Lead Times
Our Italian suppliers are all open & lead times are the standard 8-10 weeks for everything made to order products (which includes most products). A lot of our rugs & accessories are held in stock, with lead times of a week to 10 days, & our outdoor furniture suppliers are all holding stock (although cushions are not usually in stock as there are so many choices) - we are updating our website products, but of course it's always best to check with us by email.
Our delivery teams are now back at work - contact free f you prefer. We usually include installation & assembly, but some items don't have assembly, & some are very easy. For current orders we will need to wait to deliver anything more complex/heavy & are looking at ways to provide this service in a safe way.

There are some delays on our existing orders, & we will have kept you advised of this by email. But our suppliers are back now, & production has resumed, so please bear with us. Please check our Terms & Conditions too and be aware that cancellations, and Returns & Refunds on made-to-order items are not usually possible, unless your order is not in production. We will be working with our suppliers to accommodate any cancellations if products are not available, bearing in mind this is not a typical situation.
