Coronavirus Update

In line with government guidelines our King's Road showroom is now closed. However we are working as usual, from home, & can have Zoom/Facetime/Messenger appointments - simply contact us by phone or email to set this up, tell us a little about your project, & we will arrange a convenient date & time with you.

We can also provide new quotes, arrange for samples to be sent (although that might take a little longer) and answer any questions you may have by phone or email. We have always been able to advise customers in this way - we're pretty expert at it (we've even successfully fitted wardrobes and wall units without seeing our clients). All we need are accurate measurements & some photos of your space.

Our team all have direct lines diverted to their mobiles so if you have been dealing with someone specific you can contact them on their direct number. Everyone has one day off during the week as we are 'open' Saturdays so do bear that in mind.

Suppliers & Lead Times (Brexit)
As we are importing all of our furniture from Europe via lorries there have been some delays post Brexit at customs. Currently (early Jan) we are experiencing minor delays of approximately a week at the French border, but are anticipating that this will reduce within a few weeks. The companies we use to transport goods in are highly experienced & will be able to ensure that things run as smoothly as possible.

Our European suppliers are all open and lead times are the standard 8-10 weeks for everything made to order products (which includes the majority of indoor furniture). 

Our delivery teams are still at work - contact free, & Covid safe, & we would ask that you ventilate your home before they visit, & wear a mask while they are there (unless medically exempt). We usually include installation and assembly, but you may prefer to do simple assembly yourself & we are also able to store items for up to 4 weeks free of charge.
