SCALA DEL CIELO GLASS SHELF
The Scala del Cielo (ladder to the sky) Glass Shelf from Tonelli Design is a fine example of the exceptional quality glass furniture produced by this high end Italian manufacturer.
Glass furniture can look so light it can be difficult to believe it won't break, but this is made from 1.2cm thick toughened safety glass, with specially bonded seamless joins, which is available in clear or extra clear (with no green tinge).
The whole shelf is 120cm long (when hung as shown) & 118cm high, & each individual 'step' is 24cm wide & 24cm high, so there is plenty of room, & is supported by two sturdy chromed steel supports, so can hold a decent amount of weight.
