PROMETHEUS FLUELESS FIRE

A smoothly stylish modern flueless fire, the Prometheus biotethanol fire was designed by Frans Schrofer (who has designed for Molinari & the Dutch Houses of Parliament amongst others) for Safretti.

The Prometheus contemporary bioethanol fire collection is available in two colours, all black or black & grey (shown).

Made from lacquered cast iron & weighing 12kg the Prometheus flueless fire can be hung anywhere, the walls do not have to be specifically prepared, as long as they can support the weight.

The properties of Bio Ethanol mean that although the (real) flame is both sizeable & warming the heat does not transfer much to the surrounding metal - making this a very safe fire around children & pets (as tested by Go Modern!).

Fuelled by environmentally friendly Bio Ethanol the wonderful Safretti flueless fires require no flue, special ventilation, gas or electricity. The flame is very clean, with no smell, or soot produced.

Fuel is bought in 2L bottles @£6 per bottle, & each 2L refill lasts several hours. Refilling is easy, & does not require the fire to be moved. Also suitable for use outdoors
