BARCELONA CHAIR
Among the most elegant and imposing of the chairs designed by German designer Ludwig Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) is the opulent Barcelona Chair, developed for the German Pavilion at the 1929 International Exhibition in Barcelona.
The Go Modern version of the Barcelona armchair is absolutely top quality, the cushions are made from individual squares of full Italian leather, with leather backs (no 'leather match'), hand stitched buttons, concealed zips and full leather straps. The legs and frame are the highest quality grade 304 polished steel. Barcelona chairs vary greatly, ours is the best you will find from China. The Barcelona chair is usually in stock in black, white, ivory & chocolate. Red, tan & cognac available to order. There are two leather grades, standard (a high quality Italian top grain leather), & full aniline (a very smooth & soft finish, but very hard wearing)
