Among the most elegant and imposing of the chairs designed by German designer Ludwig Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) in collaboration with the interior designer Lilly Reich (1885-1947) is the opulent leather Barcelona Loveseat. The Barcelona chair was developed for the German Pavilion at the 1929 International Exhibition in Barcelona as part of Mies_ commission to design the pavilion and its contents.

As you can see from our photographs, our version of this Barcelona 2 seater is superb quality, covered in beautiful Italian leather, with full leather cushions, hand stitched buttons, concealed zips and full leather straps. The legs and frame are the highest quality grade 304 polished steel. It complies with all UK fire regulations & has a 1 year manufacturers guarantee
